Pretty British Wildlife Giverly of Dunbar
This every-occasion card takes its verse from the childhood school-assembly hymn ‘All Things Bright and Beautiful’ by Cecil Frances Alexander. The words ‘Each little flower that opens, each little bird that sings’ are framed by hand-drawn illustrations of British wildlife and plants. A kingfisher, chaffinch and wood duck sit among wild strawberry, foxglove, Scottish thistle, orchids and sea plantain. The composition combines motifs from across Giverly’s Great British Cottagecore Off collection, arranged in a symmetrical Arts & Crafts style layout that echoes illustrated hymn books and nature primers. The digital block-print style and soft heritage-calm palette give a nostalgic sense of British countryside childhoods. Each greeting card measures 150 × 150 mm square. Blank
