Especially appropriate in the winter and spring. The ‘Snowdrops’ drawing was inspired by the happy sight of snowdrops pushing through the hard earth and flowering in January and February. No other event in nature so clearly heralds the hope of spring and new life. There’s a wee dunnock in amongst the snowdrops. Unassuming and ever-present.
