Medium: Etching Phil was educated at Harrow and Hornsey Colleges of Art and was a lecturer in printmaking before becoming a professional landscape artist. His work is widely exhibited and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Painter-Etchers. Originally from North Wales, he now lives in Kent
