Clare College Bridge, Cambridge: This is the oldest of Cambridge’s current bridges. It was built of stone in 1640 by Thomas Grumbold and restored in 1969.

Vera Rosenberry has lived in Cambridge for many years, cycling and walking throughout the East Anglian countryside.<p> Her watercolour paintings reflect the hedgerows, houses, trees and flowers she has encountered and grown to love.<p> Originally from midwestern America, she is constantly bewitched by the beauty and simplicity of the landscape around her. <p>Besides painting in watercolours, she has written and/or illustrated over thirty children’s books.
